This is a nonrefundable product, the payment cannot be refunded for any reasons after your order is placed. Please think carefully before paying.
2. The shipping costs, insurance, customs charges, and taxes(if any) are not included in the retail price shown above. The logistics expenses of this product shall be borne by the buyer.
3. During international shipping, our responsibilities and obligations will be transferred accordingly with the definitions of Incoterms used in the order. In case of any accident, we could claim compensation from the insurance company on your behalf at your request. instead, we will not bear any costs outside of our responsibilities and obligations.
4. You must read the set-up instruction carefully before using this product to ensure the product can be operated in proper conditions environment. The warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services caused by any use other than normal use, or damage resulting from current surge, water damages, abuse, accidents, fire, flood, overclocking, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation or use with products not approved or instructed by the Seller.
5. The correct operating posture of Forest EPU 1-C is upright (power supply downward), or horizontal, as shown in the product picture. Wrong placement, for example, when the machine has been placed upright, and the PSU is upward, will cause the chip silicone oil to seep out and damage the machine.

Ordering Process

2. After registration, go to the product page, choose the model and the quantity you want and then place an order.
3. Your billing information and shipping information is necessary for shipping. You can change it in the next steps.
4. After your order has been placed, please do not pay until you get confirmation from our sales team by email cause shipping costs are not included in the price shown above.
5. Our staff will confirm inventory and your shipping information, get a real-time shipping quotation from our shipping service providers, and add the shipping cost to your order. If you are placing a bulk order, you can choose to use your own shipping company. For small orders, we may only use our shipping service. It can also give you a better shipping rate.
6. After our staff added shipping cost to your account manually, then you can make payment to our bank account specified below and order page.
7. After your payment has been well received, we will notify you for the very first time and start arranging your order.

Warranty

ForestMiner warrants the purchased product(s) to be free of all defects in material, performance, and workmanship for 180 days for products from the date of the delivery. This warranty extends to the original buyer (and each successive buyer within the warranty period).
Within the period of this warranty, ForestMiner will repair or replace, free of charge, any part is proven defective in material, performance, or workmanship, but mining earnings will not be compensated.
You can work with ForestMiner after-sales engineers online to find out the faulty parts, then we can send you the replacement parts directly via the express companies. In this condition, ForestMiner will pay the shipping cost of the replacement unit shipment.
You can also choose to return the faulty machines to Forestminer. In this condition, Buyers pay inbound shipping and we will pay the return shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss caused by customs delays, losses, or charges.
The above warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services caused by any use other than normal use, or damage resulting from current surge, water damages, abuse, accidents, fire, flood, overclocking, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation or use with products not approved or instructed by the Seller.
